The entry fee of ₹800 is non-refundable except where the tournament is cancelled by the organisers.
Players must behave with integrity, respect officials and opponents, and follow safety protocols. Violations may lead to suspension or disqualification without refund.
Participants play at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of property at the venue.
Match-day photos, video footage, and statistics may be used by the organisers for promotion across digital and print channels.
Fixtures, venue, and timings may change. Registered players will be notified by email. The organising committee's decision is final.
